The taxi service is available to all residents and complements public transport.
The fare is the same as the adult cash fare for buses.
Taxis can be paid in cash or by debit card (contactless payment accepted).
Waltti cards and mobile tickets are not accepted.
The timetables allow for small deviations from the route. The driver can assist with luggage if necessary. Please inquire about the possibility of transporting a rollator or wheelchair. The route is operated by a 16-seater minicab.
Service taxis are not included in the Route Guide.
Service Taxi Route and Timetables
Departure: Fridays at 9:30
Return: From Sutela at 11:45 and from Siltakylä shops at about 12:00
Driving time from Haavisto to Siltakylä shops is approximately 1 hour, and to Sutela is about 1 hour 15 minutes.
Route: Haavisto – Vastila – Hirvikoski – Kirkonkylä – Purola – Länsikylä – Myllykylä – Siltakylä (shops) – Huutjärvi – Kotka Sutela (shopping center).
How to Get On
You can board the taxi at any point along the route where it is safe for the car to stop.
The taxi can also make a small deviation from the route to pick you up closer to your home.
