Help us improve public transport – take our survey!

Jonne and Minne’s most important job is to get people where they need to go – and to make sure every trip goes smoothly, we need to plan it together.
That’s why we’ve launched a survey where you can share your thoughts on upcoming changes to bus routes and timetables.

We’re especially interested in hearing from both active bus users and residents who currently don’t use public transport.

The survey gathers opinions on both the recent and upcoming reforms – including improvements as well as reductions in public transport services.
You can choose which specific route changes you’d like to comment on.
You can also provide open feedback, for example by marking areas for improvement on the map.

The route reforms are based on the Kotka region’s public transport service level targets, which were finalised in early 2025.
During the summer and autumn, several changes have been made towards a future route model designed to provide more efficient and clearer service, especially on the main routes, while taking budget constraints into account.

The survey is open until 29 October 2025.
It takes about 15–20 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and participation!

Select your language from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

By responding, you’ll also be entered into a prize draw to win one of three 30-day season tickets – giving you a month of free bus travel!

Resident events

The plans will also be discussed at open resident meetings.
Would you like to be among the first to hear about new developments in public transport? Join a resident meeting!

The events hosted by Jonne and Minne will provide information about how public transport will be developed in the near future.
They’ll also include group discussions on topics such as the new route plan, and feedback will be collected to support ongoing development.

So if you use Jonne and Minne in your daily life – or would like to – come along!
