There will be changes to Karhula bus stops during the summer due to road works starting on 23 April.
The stop Karhula Vesitorninkatu southbound (C) – K402 will be out of service from 23 April to 7 August 2025. In addition, the stop Karhula Vesitorninkatu northbound (D) – K401 will be partially changed for certain lines starting 23 April 2025.
Temporary replacement stops Karhula G (K1207) and Karhula H (K1208) will be in use on Karhulantie, on the opposite side of the square.

Buses that depart from Vesitorninkatu northbound (K401) but also stop at Karhula H on Karhulantie will bypass the motorway canyon via the route: Vesitorninkatu – Karjalantie – Karhulantie
When arriving in Karhula, the following route will be used by lines 5B, 5C, 6B, 9J (except the 15:05 departure from Juurikorpi), 20, and 37B (except the 16:10 service): Karhulantie – Eteläinen Karjalantie – Vesitorninkatu / bus station.
These buses will also stop at Karhula G (K1207) on Karhulantie (square side) before arriving at the bus station, if necessary.
Upcoming Change:
Further changes to Karhula stops will take place on 2 June 2025, when new stops on Ahlströmintie, Karjalantie, and Eteläinen Karjalantie open. At that time, the Vesitorninkatu northbound (K401) stop will be closed for the summer of 2025.
